Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange, as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
